Issues to run dnp examples
Dear Spinach users, I tried to run an example from dnp folders (dnp_liquids or dnp_solids) but I am getting error messages. I am using MATLAB R2001a. When running this solid_effect_freq_scan_1 example I am getting this error messages below. Running startup checks... [solid_effect_freq_scan_1 > creat...

exporting the results generated by DEERnet (spinach)
Dear Ilya,
I was trying to export the data and the fit generated by the DEERnet simulation and when looking to the output data structure I didn't find the re-sampled DEER traces and only the re-sampled axis exist.

Re: Background correction in Deernet
Thanks Ilya,
Problem solved with cutting the last bit of the data as it was giving a significant distance density at the long edge!!
I am getting there slowly and hopefully surely.
many thanks again from your prompt replies and assistance.

Background correction in Deernet
Dear Ilya, I have been running couple of examples using Deernet in spinach and I have seen that in some cases there is no background fit in the result and obviously no modulation depth. Is this related to the raw data that somehow is not satisfying the required conditions. I have attached an example...

Re: is possible to load ASCII file using Deernet with spinach
Dear Ilya, Many thanks. I was able to run the simulation. However, it seems that the program struggles to find the time zero or I have mistaken somewhere. I have to emphasize that the data shown in the attached figure is the raw data as it was run at W-band and you can see it's almost background fre...

is possible to load ASCII file using Deernet with spinach
Dear Ilya I was trying to load ASCII file generated by our spectrometer ( two columns time (ns) and spectrum (magnitude)) and tried to store the associated data in time_axis ( in us) and in deer_trace and to use deernet(deer_trace,time_axis); but it seems not working as I am a getting an error messa...
