Dear Prof. Kuprov,
I was wondering if Spinach has included Bloch-McConnell equation, specifically for CEST imaging simulation. If so, would there be an example to look into?
Thanks,

Bloch-McConnell equation
Re: Bloch-McConnell equation
Of course, the best place to start is /examples/kinetics folder. Spinach uses kinetics superoperators in Liouville space. For a single spin, those are identical to Bloch-McConnell equation (see exchange_symmetric and exchange_asymmetric examples). Further instructions here:

The imaging module does account all of these kinetic processes when it runs MRI sequences; MRI examples are in /examples/imaging folder.
