Plot fidelity in optimal control

Hi, Prof. Kuprov,

I defined an ensemble with 125 voxels in the optimal control module, and penalty is added to the the fidelity, here is a diagnostic plotting.

Here I'm not clear how you calculate the infidelity in the right subplot, this becames a problem to evaluate the control results.

If memory serves, this is just literally infidelity in each of the 128 voxels, the default infidelity is 1-Re[<target|sequence|initial state>].

Check the function that produces those plots, it is very well annotated.
