This is a service function of the Spinach kernel, called from [[basis.m]]; it should not be invoked directly.<br /> <br /> The number of states is taken as the number of rows of spin_system.bas.basis. When it exceeds spin_system.tols.basis_hush, the state table is not printed and a message saying so is issued instead. Otherwise a table is produced with a header row of spin numbers and one row per basis state, in which the linear irreducible spherical tensor index of each spin is converted into the (L,M) pair by [[lin2lm.m]] and printed in the (L,M) format at a fixed column pitch.
