Cross-polarization NMR experiment in the rotating frame. Applies a pi/2 pulse using the specified operator and evolves the system with the irradiation operators added to the Liovillian. For the same experiment with a slightly different parametrisation, see cp_acquire.m
Syntax
fid=crosspol(spin_system,parameters,H,R,K)
Arguments
parameters.irr_powers - a vector containing the values
of the RF power (Hz) on each channel
parameters.irr_opers - a cell array of spin operators
corresponding to the irradiation
on each RF channel
parameters.exc_opers - excitation operator for the exci-
tation pulse (pi/2).
parameters.rho0 - initial state
parameters.coil - detection state
H - Hamiltonian matrix, received from context function
R - relaxation superoperator, received from context function
K - kinetics superoperator, received from context function
Outputs
fid - signal detected on the coil state during
system evolution
Examples
An example of a 1H-15N CP matching condition scan under MAS (examples/nmr_solids/cp_powder_mas_1.m) appears below.
