Kernel integrity control. Checks for collisions between Spinach functions and anything else that the user may have installed or written in the current Matlab instance. Also checks for any files that are not visible to Matlab because the corresponding directory is not on the path.
Syntax
existentials()
Parameters
This function has no input arguments.
Outputs
All error messages are printed to the console.
Notes
The most frequent problem is forgetting to include subdirectories when setting up Matlab path. Another one is having a file with the same name as one of Spinach functions elsewhere inthe file system.
