An include that starts profiling infrastructure around parallel stages. Should be invoked just before a parfor or an spmd. This function sets Matlab's tic() and ticBytes() timers and also launches a parallel profiler if the user added 'dafuq' switch to sys.enable cell array before a call to create.m.
Syntax
parallel_profiler_start
Notes
This is for developers, do not use unless you have a good reason to profile parallel stages.
