Syntax

    rho=fpl2rho(rho,dims)

Arguments

     rho   - Fokker-Planck state vector

    dims   - spatial dimensions of the 
             Fokker-Planck problem, a
             vector of positive integers

Outputs

    rho   - Liouville space state vector
