sin_tran.m

Single transition operators, spanning the space of matrices of the specified dimension.

Syntax

                        A=sin_tran(dim)

Arguments

      dim - dimension of the matrices

Outputs

        A - a cell array of matrices, structured
            as described in the header; matrices
