Integrates over the spatial degrees of freedom and returns the average spin state vector across the sample. Syntax: 

                    rho=fpl2rho(rho,dims)

Parameters: 

           rho   - Fokker-Planck state vector

          dims   - spatial dimensions of the 
                   Fokker-Planck problem
