Plots a stick representation of a molecule from Cartesian coordinates supplied. Coordinates must be in Angstroms. Syntax:

                         molplot(xyz,conmatrix)

Parameters:

            xyz - Cartesian coordinates, as Nx3 matrix

      conmatrix - NxN connectivity matrix indicating chemical
                  bonds that should be drawn as sticks
