Sparse matrix row-sorting permutation utility. The Matlab implementation calls sortrows() on the input matrix and returns its second output, that is, the permutation that brings the rows of the matrix into lexicographic order.

This file is a Matlab fallback for the compiled MEX function of the same name; when the MEX binary for the current platform is present on the path, it takes precedence and this file is not executed. The input must be a sparse real double matrix.

Syntax

    idx=spsortrows(A)

Parameters

    A - sparse real double matrix

Outputs

    idx - row permutation index, matching the second
          output of Matlab's sortrows(A)
