spunicols.m
Sparse matrix unique-column utility. The Matlab implementation transposes the input, applies unique(...,'rows'), and transposes the result back, so that the output holds the unique columns of the input matrix in sorted order.
This file is a Matlab fallback for the compiled MEX function of the same name; when the MEX binary for the current platform is present on the path, it takes precedence and this file is not executed. The input must be a sparse real double matrix.
Syntax
A=spunicols(A)
Parameters
A - sparse real double matrix
Outputs
A - sparse real double matrix containing
unique columns of the input matrix
