Amplitude-mode homonuclear TOCSY pulse sequence from https://doi.org/10.1016/0022-2364(83)90226-3, https://doi.org/10.1021/ja00295a052 and https://doi.org/10.1016/0022-2364(85)90018-6; it should be invoked through the liquid.m context.

Syntax

    fid=tocsy(spin_system,parameters,H,R,K)

Parameters

     parameters.sweep - sweep widths, Hz

parameters.npoints - number of points for both
                           dimensions

parameters.spins - nuclei on which the sequence runs,
                           specified as {'1H'}, {'13C'}, etc.

     parameters.tmix - mixing time, seconds

     parameters.lamp - spin-lock power, Hz

     parameters.rho0 - initial state

H - Hamiltonian matrix, received from context function

R - relaxation superoperator, received from context function

K - kinetics superoperator, received from context function

Outputs

     fid.cos, fid.sin - sine and cosine components
                           of the States quadrature

Notes

This is an ideal continuous-spin-lock TOCSY, not an explicit MLEV, DIPSI, WALTZ, or clean-TOCSY composite pulse-train simulation.

Examples

See tocsy_sucrose.m file in examples/nmr_liquids directory.
