summary_rlx_t1_t2.m
Prints T1 and T2 relaxation-rate summary for a Spinach system. The function prints the user-supplied header and then a table with one row per spin containing the spin number, the isotope, the longitudinal relaxation rate from rlx.r1_rates, the transverse relaxation rate from rlx.r2_rates, and the spin label from comp.labels. Rates are printed in Hz in exponential notation with an explicit sign, and the table is bracketed by rule lines. Printing goes through report.m, so the output honours the destination and the silence settings stored in the spin system object.
Syntax
summary_rlx_t1_t2(spin_system,header)
Parameters
spin_system - Spinach spin system description object
header - a string of text to precede the summary
Outputs
this function prints to the console or to the user-specified
output via report.m function
Notes
The rates listed are the ones held in the rlx block of the spin system object, placed there by create.m from the inter.r1_rates and inter.r2_rates input fields.
