summary_rlx_weiz.m
Prints Weizmann DNP relaxation-rate summary for a Spinach system. The function prints a blank line, its own fixed banner, and then four lines giving, in Hz, the electron longitudinal rate from rlx.weiz_r1e, the electron transverse rate from rlx.weiz_r2e, the nuclear longitudinal rate from rlx.weiz_r1n and the nuclear transverse rate from rlx.weiz_r2n. After those, one line is printed for each non-zero element of the inter-nuclear dipolar rate matrices rlx.weiz_r1d and rlx.weiz_r2d, quoting the pair of spin indices and the rate in Hz, and the table is closed with a rule line. Unlike most of the summary functions, it takes no header argument. Printing goes through report.m, so the output honours the destination and the silence settings stored in the spin system object. create.m calls this function once the Weizmann DNP rates have been supplied in the interaction specification.
Syntax
summary_rlx_weiz(spin_system)
Parameters
spin_system - Spinach spin system description object
Outputs
this function prints to the console or to the user-specified
output via report.m function
Notes
The rates are placed into the rlx block by create.m from the inter.weiz_r1e, inter.weiz_r2e, inter.weiz_r1n, inter.weiz_r2n, inter.weiz_r1d and inter.weiz_r2d input fields, and are used by relaxation.m to build the Weizmann DNP relaxation superoperator. Only the non-zero entries of the dipolar rate matrices are listed.
